I hold a master’s degree in journalism and communication. I have over a decade’s professional experience in strategic communication, public relations, events, knowledge management and digitalization. I develop communication strategies, plans, social media outreach schemes and campaigns. I am experienced in organising local, national and regional events (seminars, conferences, workshops, trainings, etc.) I have a proven track record of designing and producing publications, video and radio productions and communication and visibility materials for national and international donor-funded projects, such as by the EU and BMZ. I am an expert in new media: web-based and social media engagement, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube for professional public relation and communication work.
The Climate Change Sector Reform Performance Contract project aims to transform Ethiopia towards a climate resilient and green economy. It specifically improves the capacity of stakeholders of the Climate Resilience Green Economy (CRGE) strategy. The project also facilitates policy dialogue on forestry, industrial energy efficiency, national Measuring - Reporting - Verification (MRV) system for emissions and climate change funds management.
