
I am Yoal Wuol Lim, Founder and Executive Director of Lim Nguen Foundation, a youth- and IDP-led organization based in South Sudan. Since 2019, we have been empowering displaced and vulnerable communities through programs in education, climate adaptation, livelihoods, and humanitarian assistance.
With a background in International Business Administration (BBA) from Kyungdong University,South Korea and an MBA from Seoul International University,South Korea, I combine strategic leadership with on-the-ground experience in community development. I am passionate about supporting youth and women-led initiatives, fostering locally led resilience, and promoting inclusive development in displaced and their host communities.
I actively collaborate with local and international partners to implement innovative solutions addressing food security, education access,climate Adaptations and sustainable livelihoods. My goal is to build strong networks that amplify the voices of displaced and marginalized communities while advancing practical, community-driven impact.
