On the second day of the Special Meeting of the Sub-Committee on Sustianable Development in preparation for COP22, which took place on the 4th and the 5th October 2016, a draft Issues Paper has been presented for discussion and finalization on the basis of presentations and discussions during the meeting.


The ACP Issues Paper on COP22 has been officially approved by the Committee of the Ambassadors on the 20th of October 2016.


The ACP Secretariat has decided to publish the ACP Issues Paper on COP22, both in English and French, and several copies have been distributed during COP22 to stakeholders.
