The TED Secretariat is pleased to announce the launch of Enabel's framework agreement for expertise services in democratic governance. Details of the agreement are available on the public procurement website.

Objective: The aim is to establish a pool of experts who will provide expertise services on democratic governance for both TED Network and TED partner countries.

Structure of the Agreement: The framework agreement is divided into three lots, and candidates are invited to submit offers for one, two, or all three lots, as follows:

  • Lot 1: Technical expertise in civic and political participation at a global level or in specific intervention countries.
  • Lot 2: Technical expertise on EU-Member State coordination in support of democratic governance, applicable in intervention countries or via home-based research.
  • Lot 3: Capacity building for institutional and civil society actors, either globally or in intervention countries.

Submission Deadline: Offers must be submitted by 10:00 AM CET on September 20.
