Contact the DEAR Programme

The EU DEAR Programme is run by DG International Partnerships (INTPA). The DEAR Support Team supports both INTPA and DEAR-funded projects to capitalise results and enhance the programme impact. Through workshops, multi-stakeholder consultations and communications, the team enables synergies, networking and capacity-building across DEAR projects. It also conducts studies for development and global citizenship education, as well as on youth policies. INTPA task managers are in charge of supervising financial and contractual matters, as well as the overall DEAR programming and Call for Proposals. Project implementers should contact their task manager for queries about their running contracts.
