DEAR: Creating Positive Social Change through Campaigning and Advocacy

When a group of like-minded people come together to call for action or change, their voices are amplified. The European Union’s Development Education and Awareness Raising Programme brings people together for positive social change, supporting campaigning and advocacy projects across the EU on issues like climate change, migration and the internationally agreed sustainable development goals.
