DEAR Programme at the European Youth Event (EYE)

Three DEAR projects will run workshops at the EYE2021, the European Parliament flagship event on youth engagement. The DEAR Programme session “Youth for Global Change” will be animated by “I am European” (led by Mundo), 1Planet4All (led by Cesvi), and MindChangers (led by Piedmont Region). European Commissioner for International Partnerships, Jutta Urpilainen, is welcoming participants in a video address.

Young people from across the globe will participate in this and many other virtual events within EYE2021. Participants will create an e-collage about migration, share their opinions about the Sustainable Development Goals and take part in other global citizenship education activities. 

The three DEAR projects are using creative tools to inspire ideas and exchange about active citizenship and critical thinking around our planet. It is also a chance for young people to discover opportunities to get involved with these pan-European projects and act for global change.
