Highlights of CWA2014 Day 2 (7 October 2014)

Day 2 of the Caribbean Week of Agriculture debuted with the seminar on Agricultural Health and Food Safety – an IICA/SPS Project – where the discussions evolved around the pathway towards modernizing AHFS Systems in the region.
Further scheduled were two Technical Sessions part of the Value Chain Development Workshop: one focusing on the role of genebanks in support of the Cassava value chain and the potential of CELOS Cassava, ex-situ genebank, and the second one with the title “The way forward”. Both workshops received wide social media coverage from CTA and it’s social media partner Women in Business Development International Samoa.
