I Care Seminar: LOGISTIC INFO & Projects' SUMMARY

Dear I Care Participants, 

I hope you are well!

ARS for Progress of People is glad to provide you with some logistic information concerning the I Care: Reinforce the network and look to the future Seminar (Brussels, October 31 - November 6, 2016).

For what concerns your stay in Brussels, we have a reservation at the Meininger Hotel, located in Brussels' city centre and close to all the venues that will host our activities (here another website with some info dedicated to Meininger's guests).

HERE you may find the direction to reach the Hotel from Airports: Zaventem and Charleroi / Train Stations: Gare Central, Bruxelles Noord, Gare du Midi. 
Anyway, please notice that some weeks before your arrival in Brussels we will provide you with all the necessary information to reach and to move in Brussels' centre. 

Now, I would kindly ask you to inform me as soon as possible about:

• TheGender of participants(in order that we can organise the Hotel's rooms -3 Double and 3 Triple rooms);
• The foreseen time of your arrival in Brussels;
• Please, forward me a receipt of your flight/train tickets as soon as you purchase it.
• For those who have not done it yet, please, communicate if you haveany food intolerance/allergy;

Finally, feel free to communicate us if you have any special need. We will try to accomplish your requests!
