I Care Seminar: Participants' Information

Dear all,

greetings from Brussels to all of you.

I kindly ask you to forward us some information that we need to finalize the organisation of the I Care Seminar (Brussels, Oct 31st - Nov 6th, 2016).

We are in the process of booking a visit and a briefing session to the European Parliament, which will take place in the afternoon of November 3rd. 
In order to complete the reservation of our visit, I need:

- Participants' Names;
- Participants' Date of Birth;
- Address of your organizations.

I also take the opportunity to ask you again if some of you has any special needs or any food intolerance/allergies.
For those who have already answered me, please, ignore such request.

Finally, if you have some special requests or you would like to obtain in-depth information on a specific topic, do not hesitate to publish a blog post here (Capacity4Dev.eu platform)!
