Organised by the Knowledge Management component of the RTIA, the workshop brought together policy dialogue and practical exchange.

✨ Key highlights included:

Peer discussions and joint reflection on inclusive teaching practices
A school visit showcasing real-life inclusive and special education approaches
The launch of Zambia’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Inclusive and Special Education for Teachers
💡 Core takeaway: Inclusive education starts with teachers and collaboration is key. Participants emphasised that inclusive education requires coordinated efforts across teachers, school leaders, families, and support services.
