Launch of the OP-VET Interactive Online Training Module

Discover our OP-VET Interactive Online Training Module, a new self-paced learning resource developed under the Team Europe Initiative on Opportunity-driven Vocational Education and Training (TEI OP-VET).

The training introduces the OP-VET approach and explains how vocational education and training can be better aligned with concrete employment opportunities generated by investments and economic development.

Through short learning modules, practical examples and interactive exercises, participants will:

• Understand the key principles of the OP-VET approach;
• Explore the reverse-engineering logic, from identifying employment opportunities to organising relevant VET provision;
• Learn from practical case studies;
• Reflect on how to apply OP-VET principles in their own programmes and contexts;
• Test their understanding through quizzes and practical assessment exercises.

The module takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and concludes with a completion certificate.

Whether you are designing VET programmes, supporting investment projects or working on skills development, this training provides a practical introduction to the OP-VET methodology.
