Dear Friends!
We are  working on a project  proposal referring to the “Erasmus+” Programme: KA1 – “Mobility of youth workers” (DEADLINE: 01/10/2015). We would like to invite you to project: "United in diversity". It will be 7 days long training, held in Poland (March 2016), which aim is to raise awareness of our countries and start new cooperation in the future transnational projects. We will invite at least 2 youth workers from each partner organisation to participate in this training.

Why this Training Course?
- to stimulate the participants to feel and reflect about the diversity of Europe and its pros and cons
- to analyze the knowledge of EU members in our different countries
- to discover and debate the European values
- to fight against the growing xenophobic approaches towards young people in EU
- to develop entrepreneurial skills and knowledge about EU citizenship,
- to develop skills and attitudes to support intercultural learning of young people as individuals and youth as groups.
The TC will combine different non-formal methods (cooperative and active learning, learning by doing, learning through arts, etc.).

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Travel costs are based on unit cost and are calculated with the distance calculator provided by the EC. Subsistence, accommodation and other expenses related with the participation in the TC (such asspecial needs related to participants with disabilities) are 100% covered by the EC grant during the training period.
