At the DEAR Inception Seminar we shared tips, experience and guidance on setting up and managing your DEAR project. All the presentations from that Seminar, which took place in March 2018 in Brussels with the CfP2016 new DEAR projects, are available for download from this page.

Implementing your DEAR project: procedures, eligibility, changing activities, budgets, results or amending contracts, addressing such questions as: 1. Looking up information in contractual documents, presentation by Markus Pirchner 2. When is a budget or contract amendment required?..And when not? 3. What is covered by "25% budget change"? 4. How unforeseen activities and related costs can be dealt with. Plenary introductions by DEVCO Unit B6 staff and former Project Coordinators, followed by group work with projects’ Task Managers addressing particular issues. |
