Q&A on Payroll and Salary payments made available

The National Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning recently produced some usefull insights related to questions that are likely to come up in the field on Payroll and Salary payments at the Sate and County levels. In a short circular corresponding answers to these questions are provided to guide staff and other stakeholders. With support from BSI and the the EU-TAPP state based teams this communication is currently distributed accross the country.
