Dear all, we are glad to share with you the final schedule of the seminar "I CARE" to be held in Brussels from the 31st of October to the 6 of November 2016.

Aas you perfectly know the main aim of the seminar is to reinforce our network, establishing new partnerships in view of the next deadlines of the Erasmus+ programme, and possibly explore together other funding opportunities.

In this sense we tried to organise a schedule that on the one hand would give all of us the chance to present our ongoing projects and to discuss about future joint initiatives.

Also we tried to base the seminar as much as possible in Brussels city center: since it is probably the most lively and interesting part of the city. This was very difficult on a financial point of view: sicne Brussels is a pretty expensive city, but we finally did it! :) We will be hosted in Meininger hotel (http://www.meininger-hotels.com/en/hotels/brussels/) a very nice structure located next to the canal: one of the nicest spot in the city. Rooms will be double or triple: but the quality is very good, clean and comfortable. You're going to like it.

Finally, as foreseen, we tried to respond to your request of meeting relevant stakeholders based in Brussels contacting agencies and institutions working in youth policies field and based in Brussels. We managed to organise a visit to the CoE offie in Brussels: their staff will introduce us to the policies of CoE in youth field. Also we will ahve a guided tour of the European Parliament with specific focus on the ongoing activities in youth field. For this last visit we will need to register you at least two weeks in advance, that's the reason why we are asking you to let us know the identity of the participants together with their dates of birth.

Finally we managed to involve in our activities the municipality of Molenbeek, in particular the person in charge for Youth policies and Director of the NGO "Lutte contre l'exclusione sociale" in Molenbeek. M.me Sarah Trine will take part to some of our activities and will present the initiatives that the municipality of Molenbeek is putting in place to fight youth integralism. Also some of the activities of our seminar will be held in the training room of the NGO. No need to say that this "partnership" will allow all of us to have an insight in the youth condition in one of the most "controversial" areas in Europe.

So, attached you find the final schedule of the seminar
