The WYDE Political Parties Project has been actively implemented in Côte d’Ivoire through the dedicated work of threenational partners: 

  • Friedrich Naumann Stiftung (FNF) – West Africa Office,
  • Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) – Regional Programme for Political Dialogue in West Africa,
  • Institut Général Tiémoko Marc Garango pour la Gouvernance et le Développement (IGD) and Centerpartiets Internationella Stiftelse (CIS)

This series of activities, reflects WYDE’s mission to empower young people and women in politics, strengthen inclusiveleadership, and foster democratic values through political parties.Over these months, activities have included:

  • Civic and political education trainings aimed at building foundational knowledge for women and youth
  • Leadership and capacity-building workshops focused on public speaking, party engagement, and democratic participation
  • Dialogue forums and local consultations with party representatives and stakeholders
  • Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes to establish sustainable networks of youth leaders and educators within political parties
