Video-Guides for DEAR Applications

The EU DEAR Programme has created resources to help project applicants build a strong logical framework. The videos and guides could also be useful for any project proposals related to DEAR topics and global education. They cover: 

1. General information and tips for implementing partners: ”INTPA webinar on the Log Frame Matrix and Indicators” (35 minutes)
2. The EU DEAR Programme MEAL Guide (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) in two short videos (part 1 and part 2) (± 10 minutes each)
3. The complete DEAR MEAL Guide. Chapters 2, 3 and 4 and annexes A1, A2, B6 and B7 are particularly important to read before drafting a project proposal.
