1. Support to civil society:
- National and international CSOs;
- Advocacy;
- Engagement with potential actors of democratic change.
2. Strategic sectors (EU and MS (+CH) are already active through FASOC):
- Human Rights (culture of peace, social and communal network recovery);
- Women’s Rights: elimination of all forms of violence; empowerment; gender education;
- Livelihood recovery, equal access to basic services and economic activity reactivation;
- Response to COVID-19 impact.
3. Media freedom, human rights monitoring, women’s rights, and Gender based Violence, indigenous and afro descendant communities’ rights, people-to-people contacts and education:
- Scholarships and institutional strengthening;
- Cultural and scientific exchanges.
