The Brussels Briefings are organised since 2007 every tow months by the ACP-EU Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) with the European Commission, the Group of Ambassadors from Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific and Concord, the network of civil society organisations across the 27 EU Member States.These are policy dialogues to increase awareness amongst the Brussels based policy-makers and development community on key and emerging issues related to agriculture and rural development (http://brusselsbriefings.net [1]). These Briefings are a half-day meeting with two panels followed by a discussion with the audience.
