This Group is also an entry point to the TPSD/E Help Desk. Any EU staff involved or interested in TPSD/E can receive thematic support.

TPSD Facility Help Desk

How to use the Help Desk:

  1. Send us an email and/or fill in these documents.
  2. We will acknowledge receipt of your requests on a daily basis.

Depending on your particular request, you will either receive a direct answer to your question or a response to plan for an assignment on the spot.

 

The Private Sector and Trade Help Desk is managed by the TPSD/E Facility, whose overall mandate is to contribute to improving the sustainability, quality and effectiveness of EU policies and interventions in the field of trade, private sector development/engagement and regional integration.
