On Tuesday 29th March, the Editorial Team from capacity4dev.eu are planning an information-packed lunchtime presentation for anyone who wants to know more about the aims and benefits of the European Commission’s first online collaboration site for development practitioners.

Development isn’t just about transfer of resources. It’s also about capacity development and know-how. Across the world, similar challenges are being tackled with different solutions. What’s working? What can we do better? And what can we learn?

The EC’s capacity4dev.eu was designed to underpin knowledge and information sharing and further our progress towards meeting international development targets like the Millennium Development Goals.

Since launching in 2009, capacity4dev.eu has grown to a healthy online community of nearly 3,000 development professionals. For those members based in Brussels, Belgium, this presentation is a great opportunity to find out how you can make the most of this growing online community and information resource.

Come to our lunch conference at the EuropeAid information point on Rue de la Loi 43, to find out more on Tuesday 29th March at 1pm.

Registration is required: EUROPEAID-INFOPOINT-CONFERENCES@ec.europa.eu
