InterCultural Approach Programme (InCA) - Learning & Sharing Community
The InterCultural Approach Programme (InCA) is an interdisciplinary action-research programme which was developed by DG INTPA. It aims at increasing the effectiveness and the results of the EU external policies and interventions though an intercultural sensitive partnership with countries and implementing organisations. For the moment INTPA D4 is integrating the intercultural competence into the Fundamental Training Package (FTP-ICM) to ensure that the competence will be widely shared within DG INTPA, DG NEAR and FPI staff in Headquarter and in EU Delegations.
