Description
The InterCultural Approach Programme (InCA) is an interdisciplinary action-research programme which was developed by DG INTPA. For the moment the InCA activities are put on hold because the current DG INTPA D4's main objective is to integrate the intercultural agility and tools into the modules of the Fundamental Training Package (FTP-ICM) which are organised online, to ensure that this competence will be widely shared within DG INTPA, DG NEAR and FPI colleagues in Headquarter and in EU Delegations.
