In this public group, we want would like to provide you with all the information related to designing an intervention, defining and achieving results and reporting on those results. The aim is to create a common space for accessing information, exchanging knowledge and experience and getting customised support in case of questions.

The EU restricted group aims at sharing the key-concepts, tools and some content of the 3 trainings of the Fundamental Training Package where we have Incorporated some intercultural competences. Here you can find some key information on the intercultural approach and keep learning it before/after attending one of the trainings.

The Intercultural Approach (ex-InCA) is an interdisciplinary action-research programme which was developed by DG INTPA. It aims at increasing the effectiveness and the results of the EU external policies and interventions though an intercultural sensitive partnership with countries and implementing organisations.
