The EU restricted group aims at sharing the key-concepts, tools and some content of the 3 trainings of the Fundamental Training Package where we have Incorporated some intercultural competences. Here you can find some key information on the intercultural approach and keep learning it before/after attending one of the trainings.
The Intercultural Approach (ex-InCA) is an interdisciplinary action-research programme which was developed by DG INTPA. It aims at increasing the effectiveness and the results of the EU external policies and interventions though an intercultural sensitive partnership with countries and implementing organisations.

An EU restricted working group. 6 learning modules related to the ICM phases and core competencies: 1.Introduction to Intervention Cycle Management 2.Context Analysis for designing an Intervention 3.Logical Framework Approach for designing an Intervention 4. Internal Monitoring for results 5. Policy Dialogue and Negotiation 6. Managing an Evaluation process. Members will find here material related to past trainings; a library focusing on publication related to the Intervention Cycle; and the opportunity to continue exchanging with colleagues and trainers.
