The INTPA and FPI Evaluation Handbook (2025) is a revision of the Methodology Guidance published in 2006. It presents guidance on evaluation methods and processes at INTPA and FPI. The revised handbook reflects the significant progress made in the field of evaluation over the past two decades. The ENEST and MENA Guidelines on linking planning/monitoring and evaluation (2024) is a revision of the first guidelines published in July 2016. This document is a response to the need to strengthen the linkage between planning/programming, monitoring and evaluation function in the context of the neighbourhood and enlargement policies. |
The EC has produced a series of thematic evaluation guidance addressing specific topics, such as: drafting evaluation questions, evaluating EU added value, producing dissemination products (infographics, podcasts, videos,…), and how to evaluate gender as a cross-cutting dimension. |
