Secure funding: I map solutions to funding opportunities, draft donor profiles, and help expand the IOM donor base.
Ensure project compliance: I review resource requirements, document programmatic needs, and align projects with the IOM Strategic Results Framework.
Support project teams: I draft proposals, assist with donor reports, and ensure adherence to IOM policies and procedures.
Facilitate knowledge sharing: I deliver training on program development, donor reporting, and the SRF.
Knowledge Management & Learning: I maintain accurate project files and reports within IOM systems.
