ODAP aimed to increase attendance and enrollment rates in secondary education through a comprehensive and integrated approach, with particular emphasis on specific interventions outlined in the Terms of Reference, such as the establishment of the ‘ODAP Integrated Model’ for addressing early school leaving, along with the implementation of the related IT system known as the Early Warning System (EWS).

The objective of 'Culture and Development - Action and Impact' is to demonstrate the fundamental role culture has to play in the area of development.
