#5. Intercultural Podcast "Cup of Tea": the ex-InCA programme at the EDD by Ousmane Bangoura

The Cup of Tea team went to the European Development Days (EDD) in Brussels, held in June 2022. During this event, the team was able to exchange with development actors on interculturality issues in international development partnerships. Raphaël Daglande, from the Africa-Europe Foundation, Nicolas Boissez from the Hirondelle Foundation and Marthe Djuikom, from the NGO Ferdedsi ASBL work in an international context and are therefore directly confronted with interculturality. Each of them, at their own level, tries to bring out the best of this cultural richness through dialogue, understanding of the other and acceptance of their uniqueness.
To sum up, a rich podcast filled with kindness and a variety of opinions around the concept of the intercultural approach at work hosted by philanthropic people.
