On 8th of February 2018, 12.30-2.30 CET: Webinar with NGOs and consulting companies to launch the test phase

The purpose of the webinar is to present OPSYS to you, and more specifically, to provide insights into the results and monitoring module in light of the upcoming test phase in mid-February 2018.

It will be organised in English and will be open to both implementing partners who volunteered as well as EU staff in DG DEVCO, NEAR and FPI in both EU Delegations and HQ. You will participate from behind your desks.

During this webinar, the context, roles and responsibilities of each actor involved in the pilot phase will be presented and discussed for the benefit of all internal and external users.

Test Phase Results and Monitoring from 19 - 28 February

The "Results" module of OPSYS will enter its 2^nd test phase on 19 February 2018.

This test phase will focus on the collaboration between Operational Managers, who will provide access to projects and programmes, and Implementing Partners, who will be able to encode/update the corresponding log-frames (the logic of intervention, results indicators and values). Operational Managers will then be able to approve, edit or reject updated/newly encoded log-frames.

On 19 February 2018, you will receive the scenario to be tested, including an online questionnaire for the purpose of collecting your comments and feedback.
