Actualización y mejora del manual PCM en español / Update and improvement of PCM Handbook in Spanish

Buenos días!

Ya va siendo hora de actualizar y mejorar el manual PCM, tanto en su contenido como en su forma (el lenguaje utilizado es muy incorrecto, como traducido literalmente del inglés...).

It is time to update and improve the PCM Handbook in Spanish both, in content and form (mainly: use of Spanish language).
