CIAT's market profiles of sustainable alternatives in the Great Forests

Under the framework of the European Union DeSIRA project, the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) analyzed various productive alternatives in selected sites in the Great Forests of Mesoamerica. 

The analysis include the Maya Biosfera, the central Belize River Valley communities, and productions of hot pepper, honey and cocoa in Guatemala and Honduras.
