A wonderful idea implemented in two major cities in the United Kingdom: Leeds and Manchester. This is a great way to sensitize people on the importance of planting trees, and a fun campaign to pass on the message.

Ben Ziff, Managing Director of Town Centre Car Parks says “Car emissions are on the rise throughout the country. We thought it would be a fun idea to raise awareness and give a little bit back. We all have fond memories of looking for conkers so this seemed like a great idea for our customers. We are looking forward to seeing how many people bring us”.

"This fantastic, but slightly bonkers idea will raise the profile of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust's wonderful woodlands and hopefully raise a bit of cash to help us look after them," Jonathan Leadley of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust told the BBC.
