European Development Days 2013: Over to Youth

During the European Development Days (EDDs) 2013, there was a strong focus on youth. For the first time, young people were invited to attend and participate directly in the event. They were selected with NGOs in order to ensure that these were young people who were already engaged in development work and passionate about development issues.

This video, created by the EDDs team, shows how the youth were involved in the event and also features several interviews with them where they share their thoughts on development and their experiences of the EDDs.
