In view of this international momentum we have decided that it was time to constitute a global platform where we share knowledge, experiences, discuss and publish relevant materials on youth issues. The unprecedented youth bulge should be seen as an opportunity to foster inclusive development and poverty reduction. For this, young people must participate as full parts of their countries' economies, societies and decision making processes.
