Within the learn4dev network, the Gender Expert Group is working on Gender Mainstreaming as a Tool for Effective Capacity Development. They recently promoted an interesting event namend “Joint Learning Journey on gender mainstreaming" that was jointly organised by ITC/ILO and Belgium Development Agency (BTC).
