Short job description: The Plan International EU Liaison Office is currently recruiting for two positions: ECHO Partnership Officer and INTPA Partnership Officer.

As the INTPA Partnership Officer, the role of the successful candidate will be to support the INTPA Partnership Manager in ensuring EU development funds pay particular attention to children and girls, through implementing the Plan Europe funding strategy. The Partnership Office is responsible for assisting with EU donor to follow up and ensure strategic relations and for building internal capacity and maintaining a help desk on donor related compliance issues.

The ECHO Partnership Officer will support the ECHO Partnership Team in executing the Plan Europe funding strategy and implement the EUO workplan deliverables in the frame of the relevant financial year. This role involves coordinating funding opportunities across the organisation, ensuring project compliance during design, submission, and implementation phases, contributing to key advocacy messages, and monitoring data from Plan ECHO-funded projects to strengthen funding strategies and mobilize necessary resources.
