Liberia and the EU report VPA progress

Liberia and the EU have published a progress report on the preparation for the VPA implementation. It covers the period 2011-2012 and has been produced by the Voluntary Partnership Agreement Technical Secretariat. The report covers progress made and notes areas where progress is expected.
