Let us try if this works, Barbra.

First of all, I like your revised Logframe indicators. They are short and clear, getting to the essence. Of course, it will be difficult to measure things like "Change in participants’ personal income and asset ownership attributable to the YA-EU programme". It is a very important aspect, however, and is very much needed. For this purpose your good baseline and endline survey will be important. If you need any help with the baseline do let us know.

I am told that the blog is the best way to communicate as it is easier to attach things to what we want to say as opposed to using the site's message function.

As you are my test case, please confirm on your blog here that you received the message in good order. I did not change anything in your log frame but do please see if you can open it from here and let me know.

Thanks!

Hello Mei

Thank you for the comments Mei.I have managed to download the logframe you posted on this blog so everything is in order Mei.However you attached the initial logframe not the corrected logframe last dated 19.06.2015

I understand your concern on measuring change in participants personal income and asset ownership attributable to the programme. We will collect the base values for those indicators then at the end we evaluate the changes. For example, during baseline we ask questions to determine the participants current personal income and their sources ,the endline will then determine if there has been an improvement in their personal income attributable to the programme.

A participant at baseline could be unemployed getting little or no income at all ,then during the training or at endline, the participant can begin to use acquired skills or get employed at the end of the programme hence improving personal income levels.I agree with you that our baseline and endline should be good to capture these changes.I will share  the baseline tools we developed for your recommendation.Thanx
