New EU Login multi-factor authentication requirement for Capacity4dev members

Dear Capacity4dev members,

Capacity4dev is introducing an important security update: all members are now required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) through EU Login when accessing the platform. 

This means that, in addition to your EU Login password, you need to configure and use a second authentication factor. This extra step helps protect your account and strengthens the overall security of the Capacity4dev community. 

Learn how to configure your multi-factor authentication in EU Login. 

If you don’t have it set up yet, we encourage you to configure your second authentication method as soon as possible to avoid any interruption when accessing the platform. 
EU institution staff are already using this method, so there will be no change for them.
