Question: On monitoring of EC budget support operations, I am interested in exchanging with other members who have experience in the field

I am currently working on a monitoring of a budget support operation in a MENA country. I am interested in sharing my experience and exchanging views with others (consultants, program managers, etc) who have experience in this field.
