Also, in case you're interested, the SDC has published an Evaluation of Knowledge Management and Institutional Learning, which covers the strategy, structures and instruments the SDC used to promote KM and IL in the period 2002-2009 (when the SDC first started using evaluations with the aim of providing a more critical and independent assessment of its activities).
