A service contract notice for the B4Life Facility has now been published on the EuropeAid website.

Attention: this contract notice has been canceled, due to procedural unconformity.
This doesn't mean that the B4Life Facility won't exist. It is simply delayed. The call for tender will be re-launch during the last trimester of 2014.
