Dear staff of Plan International UK,
Thanks a lot for having taken the time to fill our survey: "Implementing partners: contacts and status of the activities." We correctly received your answers.
Neverthless, in order to fully understand the entries you provided, we would kindly ask you to add some information and/or clarifications.
To this aim, we kindly ask you to check the attachment. There you will find some questions highlighted in green: would you mind to check them and possibly provide the required clarifications?
Finally, and most importantly, we would need to know the full name (and possibly the e-mail) of the Project Manager appointed by the EC Delegation, who is in charge to monitor your project. Could you provide this additional information?
You can reply by posting a new entry in the blog section of the present group or by just commenting the present post (the information provided will be accessible just by the group members: that is the IESF team and your staff).

Thanks for your message and sorry for the delay in responding to you.
We hope that from now on we will be able to be more active on the platform as Plan International.
For this, we would like to add two more participants to our group: Raymond Kanyambo (raymond.kanyambo@plan-international.org - Communication officer) and Nicodemas Gachu (Nicodemas.Gachu@plan-international.org - Advocacy and governance officer). Following our Skype conversation, Raymond already received the invitation to create an account, but he encountered some technical issues. You should receive a separate email asking for support under this matter.
As far as your questions are concerned, please see our answers below:
- our contact at the EUD in Dar es Salaam is Alexa DU PLESSIS (Alexa.DU-PLESSIS@eeas.europa.eu);
- Communication plan, M&E framework and baseline: they are still under finalisation. As you might know, the baseline will be done on a rolling basis for each selected batch of students. At the moment the baseline for the first batch is being finalised. We hope to be able to share them with you in the next 2-3 weeks.
- Technical Progress report: is this the first interim report? This will be due to the EUD 3 months after the end of the first year of the proejct, i.e. in July 2016. Should we share this report with you before submission to the EUD?
