Reunión de Expertas/os: Barreras de accesibilidad y mujeres con discapacidad víctimas y sobrevivientes de violencia

La actividad tiene como objetivo propiciar un espacio de intercambio entre representantes de organismos internacionales, organizaciones de la sociedad civil, academia y activistas que actualmente están trabajando en temas de discapacidad y género, barreras de accesibilidad o violencia contra las mujeres para establecer una agenda de trabajo que aborde los obstáculos y desafíos que atraviesan las mujeres con discapacidad víctimas y sobrevivientes de violencia. El evento es organizado por la Comisión Interamericana de Mujeres (CIM), en su calidad de Secretaría Técnica del MESECVI, la Universidad George Washington y el Programa EUROsociAL+. El encuentro está dirigido a todas las personas interesadas.

This activity aims to provide a space for exchange between representatives of international organizations, civil society organizations, academia and activists who are currently working on issues of disability and gender, accessibility barriers or violence against women, in order to establish an agenda of work that addresses the obstacles and challenges faced by women with disabilities who are victims and survivors of violence. The event is organized by the Inter-American Commission of Women (CIM), as Technical Secretariat of the MESECVI, the George Washington University and the EUROsociAL + Program. The meeting is aimed at all interested people.
