Africa Regional Seminar on Health and Education

The EC is currently organising a regional seminar on Health and Education for staff working in EU Delegations in Africa and in Headquarters. The seminar will take place in Brussels from September 3 to 7, 2012 and will focus on providing practical and targeted support to address the following key question: How can the EU better carry out sector analysis and dialogue in Education and Health?

On the basis of a participatory dialogue, the seminar will provide background and guidelines to support DEVCO/EEAS staff currently working or planning to work in the education and health sectors in Africa on a number of critical issues currently being discussed in sector dialogue in Education and Health.

This seminar is part of the Commission's training provision for its staff to update their knowledge, capacities and skills in development cooperation in Education and Health. Further details and registration for EC/EEAS staff are available through Syslog (course nr. 380948).
