Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa (#RTIA) is happy to host a session “How can we support teacher well-being?” at the EDUCA fair.

Where: International Stage at Educa, Helsinki
The panel discussion explores teacher wellbeing in African contexts and brings together expertise from teachers, researchers and development partners:
- UNESCO International Institute for Capacity Building in Africa (UNESCO-IICBA): Opening remarks by Dr. Quentin Wodon, the Director of UNESCO-IICBA; teacher wellbeing surveys across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Häme University of Applied Sciences and Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) who are currently collaborating in a teacher wellbeing research project supported by the European Commission funded Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa (RTIA).
- Finn Church Aid / Teachers Without Borders: Teacher insights based on the Building Resilience, Inspiration and Growth Holistically for Teachers – BRIGHT project funded by the European Commission under the RTIA.
