Global Education Week 2026 // "My Voice, Our Action, A Common Future"

The Global Education Week (GEW) is an international awareness-raising initiative that inspires people to take action for a more sustainable and inclusive world. Through local initiatives and learning activities, it promotes civic engagement, global solidarity, and active citizenship for sustainable development. GEW is organised within the framework of iLEGEND III, a joint project co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe. It is implemented by the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, together with the Global Education Network.

This year, Global Education Week takes place from 16 to 22 November, under the theme: "My voice, Our action, A Common future", and focuses on how critical thinking and engaging with different perspectives can reshape the narratives we live by, turning awareness into collective action and contributing to a stronger democracy.

Everyone is welcome to participate and contribute to making a difference.
