JAES-RGI Group picture
This RGI meeting will feed into the next meeting between the African and European Commissions, the "College-to-College" that will take place in April this year and that is clear that infrastructure remains particularly high on the agenda.
The discussion will focus on:
- Developing a clear vision on how to prepare, prioritize, finance and efficiently implement infrastructure projects
- See how we can further promote investments
- Analysing how the use of the blending grants and loans and by catalysing the private sector investment can reinforce our impact
- Identify the needed sectorial reform to improve the investment and business playfield
- The integration of the new challenges like migration, urbanisation, environment…
